I appreciate the open communication policy. I feel comfortable communicating issues, problems, goals, strategies and more to my leadership team. They are always very receptive and respectful of what I have to share about my work experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I appreciate that I feel comfortable sharing what I'm struggling or succeeding with. I feel that I can be honest about what I'm going through and that there is encouragement as well. Everyone tries to keep each other motivated!
What makes you most happy at work?
I like connecting with candidates and finding the person I am looking for. Sourcing can feel like a game if I bring the right energy into my day. I love when I have great, fluid communication with candidates, coworkers and clients.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel that the environment really rewards hard work, and enthusiasm towards your work. I appreciate the understanding of each person as an individual also instead of just a number in a line producing results. There is a good blend of work life balance here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the base and commission together with full benefits. I feel it helps me to put a fire under my sourcing and helps me to engage more and crave bigger goals. It allows me to know that I'll be set, but also climb higher financially.
