It's a good place to work, with great people and clients. I feel for a long time we've not figured out what we offer, in the past it's changed/failed so much, that it seems to be a sense of "lost" now. It still seems even today, clients have a hard time figuring out what it is relode offers.

The willingness to help and broad backgrounds/experience our team has truly makes the day to day constructive and enjoyable.

Our team is extremely collaborative (especially for a Remote environment). We're all willing to help whenever needed and share our experiences, hurdles, and resolutions to ensure the success of everyone.

The leadership team at Relode is great at coaching their employees. They truly want you to thrive in the role you're in and nurture employee development well by actively listening, willingness to share their experiences, and giving honest, trustworthy feedback.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We're offered a base salary plus commission potential that is based on both company and employee metrics. It allows for the team to collectively work towards a common goal where everyone can benefit from the overall success of the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
- 401k match, - better benefits: benefits are terrible and expensive to the employee. - compensation for extra hours/efforts: for a long time we have followed leadership, do everything asked, then results do not come, this is a long running cycle, the churn goes uncompensated.
