Having the base plus commission alleviates pressure during times of growing pains.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is in the same boat trying to grow a start-up to the next level. Itis stressful at time but never feels stressful. Everyone has a positive attitude and works together to face challenges. I dig it!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The fact that it always feels like a team. Everyone helps everyone else. I have never met any employee at relode who has a negative attitude. Good people with good personalities all working towards the same goal...leadership and employees in my opinion.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am able to help our TA's/recruiters land a great reward on a great hire. I get a lot of joy being the one who gets to tell the recruiter that their candidate has just been hired for a job. My favorite part of the workday.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the transparency and the hands-on approach. Leadership is directly involved with the day-to-day challenges heling the business grow. I like that every member of the leadership team is willing to drop what they are doing to help any employee or answer any question at basically a moments notice
