My time at relode has been great and challenging. I've been provided opportunities to grow and learn regardless of the team I'm on or my title. It's fast-paced and every day is different, but with a solid plan to continue growing and getting better.

Taking on new challenges and always growing my skillset into new areas while being encouraged to try new things as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to work hard and wants to get better every day. They also know how to take a joke and laugh when things are stressful, which is always helpful for me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There's always been an open door policy regardless of who has been leading my personal team or Relode as a whole. Ideas and feedback are heard and genuinely cared about regardless of who they come from.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I've never had to advocate for myself working at Relode, my managers have always been very intentional about making sure I'm paid fairly and that I have an open line of communication available to discuss pay if I need to.
