Mr. Nicholas L. Luff, also known as Nick, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Reed Elsevier NV, Reed Elsevier Plc (now RELX PLC)and RELX Group plc since September 1, 2014. He originally joined P&O as Corporate Finance Manager from KPMG in 1991. He began his career as an accountant with KPMG. Mr. Luff served as the Chief Financial Officer at The Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company. He served at P&O, as well as its affiliated companies, including P&O Princess Cruises and Royal P&O Nedlloyd where he worked for 15 years in a variety of senior finance roles. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of P&O Princess Cruises plc from 2000 to 2003 and served as its Finance Director from 1999 to 2000. He served as a Director of P&O Nedlloyd at Royal P&O Nedlloyd N.V from 2003 to 2005. He has been a Director at Bank Of Scotland plc since March 5, 2013.
