All salary data for this position and years of experience (Comparably included) suggests I am underpaid by about 40%. It isn't a small gap between my current salary and the majority of averages I come across, accounting for region and years of experience.

Less superficiality. Honesty and integrity are part of the mission of RELX and Elsevier but these qualities are punished not rewarded
A big step would be actually efforts to pay the female employees equally, not just dance around the subject with convoluted power points describing all they are going to do or why is such a complex matter.

HR has become so transient that I am sure it will be outsourced completely soon. I am also fairly positive it is the same for most companies, this is the root of the erosion of company culture. AI bots trolling resume databases to match keywords with the keywords of a job description.
Response time afterward wasn't too terrible, interviewers were polite and interested / engaged in discussions.

Clear mission and purpose for the company. Good execution of strategy. Excellent culture with very little politics. Highly successful - outperformed FTSE 100 nine consecutive years. Only company to do that.
