The culture at RELX is the best I have ever worked in.

At one point during Covid 97% of our 33,000 staff were working from home. It was seamless.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Less superficiality. Honesty and integrity are part of the mission of RELX and Elsevier but these qualities are punished not rewarded

A big step would be actually efforts to pay the female employees equally, not just dance around the subject with convoluted power points describing all they are going to do or why is such a complex matter.
