What do you like best about the leadership team?
leadership listens to our ideas and welcomes us to speak up and brag about our day to day accomplishments. Down to earth and very open lines of communication.
Very thoughtful CEO who has the right set of leadership skills and an amazing way to connect with the employees.
Leadership is always supportive of new ideas and ways to grow, both as an individual and for the company. Highly diverse set of backgrounds and skill sets makes for a very dynamic, positive experience.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Gym membership, good pay, good bonus even in uncertain times C-Suite still manages to reward us for our hard work.
Unlimited PTO and freedoms around WFH.
Free gym and very good bonus
The fact that there is no cap on PTO shows the trust and understanding involved in work/family balance.
Company match for 401K is the one glaring hole in an otherwise stellar benefits package.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
supportive and family oriented especially for employees with kids and tough schedules
That innovation comes from anywhere and everywhere and that there are very few barriers to apply your ideas.

What did you like most about the interview process?
interviewing with several people even people not in the department I was hired for. Nobody was from "HR" per se they were all workers and managers and directors
Flexible in timings and days
Simple. Accommodating in re Zoom/phone.
Meeting people, learning about the position and what Remedy does.
Open and inquisitive, very few caned questions with a lot of role-play of real world situations
