Asked to all employees at Renaissance Learning

  • Short answer, Not really. The product roadmap is largely determined by our executive team and board members behind closed doors. The roadmap is typically influenced much more by market analysis and opportunities, which are identified and prioritized from the top-down. Occasionally, product management can build a case for something (a needed upgrade, a new feature, etc.) but typically that work is only prioritized if it's causing great customer pain.
