What does the leadership team need to get better at?
RL Expertise in education and overall business leadership does not exist. They cannot keep top talent. They are focused in DEI and other WOKE issues vs helping students.
Renaissance should hire educators with curriculum, instruction, and assessment bacgrounds.
Value employees through action Improve corporate culture Minimize turn-over Add Education expertise to each department & team
1. Experience in education is lacking with leadership team 2. Focus is on making money for company and investors
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is good but not worth compromising a person's core values.
The best part is medical benefits
Salary and bonus are well paid, benefits package is strong, additional perks keep getting added!

More effective meetings with education experts would be very helpful as Renaissance claims to be an education company.

our mission is to educate students regardless of ethnic or social backgrounds

Renaissance should change the Leadership and Research Teams....
