RL Expertise in education and overall business leadership does not exist. They cannot keep top talent. They are focused in DEI and other WOKE issues vs helping students.

More effective meetings with education experts would be very helpful as Renaissance claims to be an education company.
Zoom meetings----waste of time vs being productive Value input without retribution from managers
