We all work together to get problems solved and have a great line of communication.

Love the team building done monthly. Love that we are growing and getting bigger.

It was to the point and there were no questions that didnt address what i would be doing everyday.

Bonus structure would make this place ideal. Maybe offer a heavy discount for us to travel and write about them for the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There isnt any of the disconnect that you get at larger companies, where the executives dont mingle with the people under them. Here we all partner with each other to get things done!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The Support Team works closely together. We are not a team that get much recognition for what we do. Our leader does recognize our efforts by planning Monthly outings. Even with the lack of adequate tools we make sure the work gets done.
