Is not as the average in the industry, the company well recognized employee's potential and well compensated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonus structure would make this place ideal. Maybe offer a heavy discount for us to travel and write about them for the company.
The number of vacation days are not enough especially for a company who wants us to have a passion for travel
I feel that I work a lot (on paid holidays off, after hours, etc.) but there is no additional compensation since we are salaried but the salary is low and not reflective of the quality nor quantity of work done
yes, we do a lot for the company but feel very under appreciated.

We collaborate where it makes sense. We divide and conquer where it makes sense. And we hold each other accountable.

We all get along with little to no office drama or politics
Meets are to the point and well planned
The Support Team works closely together. We are not a team that get much recognition for what we do. Our leader does recognize our efforts by planning Monthly outings. Even with the lack of adequate tools we make sure the work gets done.

We all get along and there is little to no office politics
