When a representative makes a mistake, fixing the mistake in a timely manor and providing the customer a full refund if the mistake can't be fixed.
We booked a hotel reservation that was not labeled as non-refundable but as soon as we booked it switched to non-refundable. We just wanted to switch the date and they would not allow is to do so without us paying the full price of the previous booking. I would never recommend this company. TRASH!

It's currently very low. They're making a bunch of changes, after having us fill these out, that's making it not as enjoyable to work here.
Its good. Teams get along and work together very well. There is always a negative person at every office and this one isnt any different. No one feeds into them here.

Much more easier compared to other places that bombard you with behavioral questions that does nothing nor help with decision making for a career.
The same. You should always be prepared to answer questions in regards to how your resume meets and matches the job description that was posted. Be clear and to the point in your answers. Don't drag out your replies. When replying to a question state yes I have done that task and how and when you have done it and for what length of time. Have specifics don't generalize.

With having more training and guidance/direction given. Being able to have structure to know when things are going to be changed that impact day to day activities and not be reactive to problems but have clear set plans on how to deal with issues that may arise.

Our customer service team is very close knit they all get a long and work well together. They also work very hard to get as many of their tickets done accurately as possible each day. Our customer service team focus on accuracy and being honest and clear to the customers as possible.
