While ResMed does a great job recruiting, hiring and onboarding people it has done so because it is constantly hiring. ResMed does workforce reductions every 1 to 2 years as it is constantly evolving. Director and up levels are focused on protecting their jobs. Lots of hierarchy.

Onsite yoga and gym made it easy to fit in fitness into your schedule at work.

Ability to make an impact in the health of others in our product and myself with access to a gym and fitness classes onsite.

Ability to learn, contribute and grow in my role within a positive work environment knowing there is job security and not workforce reductions each year.

The leadership team does a great job of setting a very clear vision for the company and communicating it out in a clear and transparent manner.
