People centered company, with exceptional benefits, strong focus on work/life balance. Lots of room for autonomy and personal growth. 3 days a year for Volunteer time off is awesome!!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People only care about themselves and they have superiority complex
The company needs to pay it's people and stop trying to overwork them. They now install monitoring software because we are 5 years old. If you don't trust people don't hire them.
The company has become extremely POLITICAL environment . This is impacting ResMed's productivity quite substantially.
