What do you like best about the leadership team?
What leadership team? I haven't had to interact with any leadership team, and I've heard no talk about one.
Everything is soo soo fun
management cares about our well being, is candid and transparent, and is constantly striving to improve dev practices and work environment
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
EVERYTHING, FIX THE GAME PLEASE
Budgeting, lots of profit could go to hiring more devs
Monitoring skilled base matchmaking (SBMM)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Dental included, its real great
very generous royalty plan
My contract doesn't include one.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know more than my boss’s bo
they keep me tied out to a steak out back
What are some of the best things about your team?
Independent, motivated and highly skilled.
everyone here is very good at what they do. we have mutual respect and have each others backs.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Meetings are way too long and extremely inefficient
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The bathrooms are where we tend to immortalize running jokes.
people try to be encouraging with each other but when you need help no one really knows how to help you
work environment is friendly and collaborative. it is fun to work here.

What makes you most happy at work?
When there are no meetings the entire day and the jokes are nearly non-stop, while making substantial progress on projects.
Working with awesome people. That's why,
that i get to do my best work every day without being micromanaged.
Constant exciting and fun challenges while we make fantastic things.

My coworkers are the best thing about it, and I would need a large offer to transfer away from them.

The diversity. I have seen, at maximum, 3 women and only 2 non-white people.
