Downtown, occupying 5 floors. Pretty tech-y open office space vibe

Austin tech casual. T-shirts, shorts and flipflops are acceptable.

The building that houses the Austin office does not allow pets, so unfortunately no pets in the workplace.

The company was founded through buying other companies, consolidating them, and running them as a business. RetailMeNot the website was actually started in Australia.
What should I wear for an interview at RetailMeNot, Inc.?
Business professional is good. The culture is a tech company with most employees in t-shirts or button downs. A suit might be overkill, but would be better than showing up in a t-shirt.

There is unlimited vacation, and it is unlimited as long as you clear it with your manager. That said, it's not a place where people overly take advantage of the policy, and vacations more than 2 weeks are uncommon.

The Product team at RMN is still evolving, so there’s a mixture of views and capabilities within the leadership. Overall, it’s improving and the right people are leading, but it still isn’t as mature as other functions within the company.

Collaborative mostly. Can get territorial at times from designer to designer. Just depends. But overall everyone does get along. Flexibility in work hours

In development. Not solid, but aiming to get there. Senior designers could step up more to create a good platform for the team though.

The people on the team are great and a fun group. Somewhat of a mix of skills. Titles are confusing and don't carry much weight. Goes through seasons of low morale unfortunately somewhat often because of management and decisions that are made that don't empower the team.
