What is the best part about your compensation package?

My total comp package is well rounded and fair.

The compensation package is satisfactory.

Good health plan and 401K.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The compensation is not on competitive compared to other industry companies. There is room for negotiation but there is not a clear process to determine if it is equitable. The unlimited PTO is great!
