RethinkCare has one of the best corporate cultures I have experienced in my career. It's a collaborative environment that welcomes innovative ideas and embraces the wisdom of the crowd. Like many small companies, they can be light on process but are generally open to suggested improvements.

The company's products are highly effective. There is a lack of diversity throughout the company. In regard to gender, it is a female dominated company with very few women of color. The company is working on diversity, but it is surface level.

The compensation is not on competitive compared to other industry companies. There is room for negotiation but there is not a clear process to determine if it is equitable. The unlimited PTO is great!
