I love working for a team that is truly a team, working to support neurodiversity, parents, and professionals. We are doing amazing things here!
This is the best company I have worked at. Each department is friendly and helpful. I feel lucky to be apart of this team.
RethinkCare has one of the best corporate cultures I have experienced in my career. It's a collaborative environment that welcomes innovative ideas and embraces the wisdom of the crowd. Like many small companies, they can be light on process but are generally open to suggested improvements.
The company's products are highly effective. There is a lack of diversity throughout the company. In regard to gender, it is a female dominated company with very few women of color. The company is working on diversity, but it is surface level.
I love working for Rethink - every day I feel valued and challenged, and every day I know that I am making a positive impact on the autism community.
