What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Compensation for the more difficult work. Not reducing pay rates.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay continues to be reduced while standards keep changing. It is very difficult to maintain the same pay as I did several months ago.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay continues to drop for comparable work. They have hired inexperienced people to do the same job which is causes issues for everyone.
