Nothing's going wrong except they never have any work.

Well, it's just online. So there's not a whole lot to change it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was no interview process, it was just a quick transcription job that you had to do.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think they need to do better at making it possible for people to actually make money on the website. It's impossible for me to do anything right now, hence why I'm doing this through Swagbucks to actually make a little bit of money.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that the work I do is worth a lot more. one time I managed to make 400 dollars but it was working from 7 in the morning until 10 at night. one day I actually stayed up until 5:30 in the morning and then got up at 9 in order to make money to be able to get that amount. I had to.
