Overall a good experience. Freelancing offers a lot of benefits but without support can be extremely daunting. The support here is awesome.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay per minute would help for those of us who don’t have a backup job. The jobs we get are usually hard to hear or require research. This eats up a lot of our time and our pay is based on per minute of video, not how much time it takes to type
