I like the work and the work from home aspect. However, I felt as if the upper management was attempting to squeeze more out of the freelancers than is reasonable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a freelancer, so don't expect benefits. However, the pay is woefully low.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I've worked at Rev for four months and there have been changes in the Style Guide, the metrics and the grading. There is no consistency in the grading and there are personal comments made in the grading section. Very unprofessional.
