Poor pay and bad benefits. It's so easy to fix.
Leadership doesn't listen and benefits/comp are mediocre at best. Way worse than industry standards.
The HR team is so understaffed they won't even respond to exployee questions let alone address any complaints.

Low pay espeically to minorities which there barely are any.
Lots of layoffs and now valuable staff are leaving and leadership thinks they can be replaced by juniors or outsourced to India.
