Reveal is a company that knows its culture and tells all new hires what it will be like. The CEO interviews every new employee and shares how we are committed to hard work, five days in the office and checking our egos at the door.

The most positive culture is the lip service. C-suite are the kings of dodging and dismissing employee questions. Plenty of "meet with us privately" to discourage any sort of collectivism.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fully replace the exec team and related people and start making an effort to make people happy to work there
Needs a complete overhaul. It's lame.
Culture? What culture? All I see is lip service.
This is not a software company, just a private equity shell company.
Its so focused on profit margins for the private equity owners it is choking the products to death.
Actually care about employees and customers.
The top down bro culture kills morale.
Company leadership needs to stop destroying trust, and dramatically improve communication and transparency.
Stop pretending that writing silly mantras on the wall or populating a corporate slide deck is culture.
Complete overhaul of culture. There's a clear vacuum. Just because someone puts a list of company values on a slide doesn't mean it's being lived day to day. Classic box checking.
Leadership needs to stop the silo communication, today. Be truthful. Have a shred of empathy. Do the right thing, and act as you say you are acting. Remember what it is like to be a human being. Touch grass.
