What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bad support. Poor culture. Bad product.
Bad company funded by K1's money
Everyone is quitting. This is a terrible place to work
Leadership is the problem and the only eay to fix it is for them leave or be ousted by the board but since its all nepotism apointments that will never happen
Software is garbage and customers complain endlessly.
Leadership is tone deaf, absentee, and only cares about K1's profits.
Customers are going to be blindsided when the products start failing due to attrition of staff and individuals with outsize talent and organizational knowledge.
Get new management and a new ceo.
