Poor pay and bad benefits. It's so easy to fix.
Leadership doesn't listen and benefits/comp are mediocre at best. Way worse than industry standards.
The HR team is so understaffed they won't even respond to exployee questions let alone address any complaints.

Stand up and fight for reasonable treatment
Coworkers are actually great but they all deserve better jobs than this.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fully replace the exec team and related people and start making an effort to make people happy to work there
Needs a complete overhaul. It's lame.
Culture? What culture? All I see is lip service.
This is not a software company, just a private equity shell company.
Its so focused on profit margins for the private equity owners it is choking the products to death.

Bad support. Poor culture. Bad product.
Bad company funded by K1's money
Everyone is quitting. This is a terrible place to work
Leadership is the problem and the only eay to fix it is for them leave or be ousted by the board but since its all nepotism apointments that will never happen
Software is garbage and customers complain endlessly.

Everything. This place is brutally awful.
