Prior to Colomer, he rose through the leadership ranks at multinational consumer goods giant, Reckitt Benckiser, which recognized his talent for combining innovation with strong business strategy. He held different positions at Reckitt Benckiser such as Senior Vice President of South Western Europe in Spain, and Senior Vice President of New Initiatives and Chief e-business Officer in the United Kingdom. Mr. Delpani's passion for marketing and brand management was nurtured in his first position at Procter & Gamble in Rome, before he joined Johnson & Johnson Switzerland in 1994. He served as a Director of Revlon Consumer Products Corp. since October 1, 2013 until June 9, 2016. He served as a Director of Revlon, Inc., since November 1,2013 until June 9, 2016. He received a degree in Business Administration from the Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan and a Diploma in accounting and computer science at Technical Commercial Institute G.C. Abba in Brescia. Mr. Delpani also completed The General Manager Program (TGMP) at Harvard Business School in addition to other executive programs at the University of Pennsylvania ??? Wharton School, the London School of Business and IESE business school in Barcelona.
