Recognize employees as people and not numbers. Be more transparent on the career path and the evalutation process.
Less micromanagement and pushing for crazy goals whilst not providing meaningful resources.
Talk to their direct reports, guide them, support, be available or at least answer messages. Explain properly what is needed and give the tools instead of leaving to blunder and guess. Have proper structure and decide on approach, do not change strategy every couple of weeks.

Treat people well. Praise more, criticise less. Train your managers to retain employees.
Bonus that includes cash component, higher base pay
Show care and empathy to employees. Have training budgets, develop and promote internally.
Respect each other instead of using people as mere tools.
