What do you like best about the leadership team?
Focus, clarity, seeking for better
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognize employees as people and not numbers. Be more transparent on the career path and the evalutation process.
Less micromanagement and pushing for crazy goals whilst not providing meaningful resources.
Talk to their direct reports, guide them, support, be available or at least answer messages. Explain properly what is needed and give the tools instead of leaving to blunder and guess. Have proper structure and decide on approach, do not change strategy every couple of weeks.

Treat people well. Praise more, criticise less. Train your managers to retain employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonus that includes cash component, higher base pay
Show care and empathy to employees. Have training budgets, develop and promote internally.

Everyone is willing to help each other out, because everyone knows this job is impossible to do alone.
Capable and competent people who are very smart

Respect each other instead of using people as mere tools.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They really push you hard. Everyone is working to make things happen and the decisions are quick.
