What did you like most about the interview process?
Personable conversations that were very real and give-and-take, as opposed to interrogative style. The opportunity to meet for a long time with a half dozen different people and determine if it was a good fit both direction.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is transparent, open, personable, and engaged with the entire team of employees. They make it a point to connect regularly and share updates, perspectives, and answer questions. They are driven by the mission and it shows.
