What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salaries are very good and aside from that, they cover the premium AND deductible for health insurance, which is amazing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very collaborative and open to new ideas. They are also friendly and we can chat on a personal level as well as professional level.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was asked some very unique questions that I enjoyed. They asked questions about me as a person, totally unrelated to the job in order to get to know me. They started off asking how myself and my family were doing amidst the pandemic, which was thoughtful. They were very conversational.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They really want you to be yourself and they back that up with actions, not just words. We have a Be You at EQ initiative and we are able to share things that are important to us with the whole company. They are also very flexible with schedules to accommodate your family and other responsibilities.
