Smart people trying to do something great for patients and society at large

Super smart, open to brainstorming ideas, candid, collaborative, hard working and supportive - all willing to roll up sleeves
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachability, desire to teach and support success of others, openness to new ideas and thinking, desire to change the status quo of business is done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Willing to break things to make a cake :-) - not your typically stuffy Fortune 500 company; this is very much a start up
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The equity package. For me it's all about the potential for this company to be something really big. My shares are worth more than gold. The salary and bonus are really excellent and competitive too.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People with different backgrounds/experience promotes diversity in thinking. No group think. No agreeing for the sake of agreeing. We are being asked to think differently and it shows in every interaction you have with team members and cross-functionally as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that any progress I make with a customer actually supports the success of the company. As an individual I have an impact on our collective success. I also very vested in the success given I have equity in the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Totally new way of doing business and running a business. Employees come first to the executive team. We are all working together to achieve the mission and goals of the company and it really feels that way all the way through management styles.
