Being able to work on things that you wouldn't have the opportunity to work on at a bigger company with too much structure
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are very open. I feel like you can be yourself and have opinions that differ from the mainstream narrative. And people are open to having conversations and seeing things from different sides
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are a lot of random and made up positions that vary from company to company. I feel like if people come in with no position then they just get made a Director of Special Projects. Take a look at standardizing positions and do a market analysis to be competitive with salaries
