My teammates and I come to the office to put our minds together and work hard. There is no fluff, we are all unanimously determined to deliver an excellent product in the hands of our customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Freedom to work in a productive environment of one's own choosing. When I need to, I can work from home and be more productive. When I need to, I can take time off to recharge my batteries or attend events. Ultimately, these aspects make me more motivated to perform at my best.
