What is the best part about your compensation package?
overall benefits for me and my family
Healthcare is free for self and it's minimal for family. Plenty of PTO.
6% matching on 401k. I usually see 3-4% matching
We have decent benefits, and many physical perks like onsite health care, cafeteria, fitness center.

Full benefits including a 6% match on our 401K with only a 2 year vestment period.
In case of emergency's I get off with pay
It is fair for the amount of work I am responsible for, and there is room for mobility and negotiation within reason.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make less than 40,000 dollars a year as a supervisor of between 5 and 15 employees.

I don't the pay is awesome!!!! And the company and team are also awesome!
You can get bonuses but they are not necessarily merit based.
