What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved the people. I feel like it was thorough - there were about 5 rounds. I felt looped into next steps and it was super clear what to expect next.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I LOVE MY TEAM! Again, have never felt this way until Rhino. Super supportive, always willing to lend a hand, have a bias for action, get initiatives done and very willing to cross collaborate and act as thought partners.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. I love my colleagues. The work - as an HRBP, I support my respective teams to allow employees to bring their best selves to work and create an environment in which they will succeed. The mission of increasing housing affordability makes me very happy.
