Rhino has been such an amazing place to work. Leadership shows compassion, they're incredibly engaged (we have a weekly 'stand-up' every Friday where they share info on what's going on and highlight things going on in different departments, new products, etc) in addition to the monthly all-hands.

The recognition I get from my peers - I really look up to and admire my co-workers so it means a lot when they recognize my hard work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO. This is a game changer, especially after the last year and a half. Knowing that they want each and every one of us to take time for ourselves, recharge, spend time with our families - that's so important to me.
