Bi-annual performance reviews and performance bonus, everyone gets equity and the company has increased the wellness and health stipend, which is incredible!!
What makes you most happy at work?
Flexibility and ability to make decisions quickly. Unlimited pto, ability for trust and respect in regards to time at home vs. time at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Deeply committed to diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Open to sharing both wins and failures. Team is growing fast and the leaders are responding to feedback.
