Everyone is supportive and the work-life balance is strongly encouraged which makes an employee want to be the best at their role.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the unlimited PTO, we are all adults and responsible for our own time. I also enjoy the generous stipends through Twic.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that I can go to the leadership team to discuss anything. They make everyone around them feel like a collaborator rather than a subordinate
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that Rhino was immediately upfront about the interview process and the timeline. I like that they stuck to their timeline also; they said 2 weeks and they meant it!
