They care about everyone's opinions and aren't afraid to grow with the times.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am frequently given responsibilities outside my role as a reward instead of compensation. My skills do exceed my role, but am given lateral moves and pats on the back instead of financial incentive.
