They are diligent, they know what they are talking about and above all else they listen to what everyone has to say. That's important.

The questions were great questions and made me feel like I was a good fit for the role, and of course, everyone was very good about their feedback.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I am working for a company that not only cares about their employees but the well being of their clients. We are doing this to allow the consumer to keep more money in their pockets.
