What is the best part about your compensation package?

The many healthcare options and the maternal/paternal leave.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Continuous feedback and checking in about how much we can actually get done within a two-week period.

What makes you most happy at work?

The ability to work remotely. I would love to continue that even after restrictions on COVID are rolledback.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are passionate about the product and genuinely want to get to know the people who work with them and make the workspace inclusive.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is very diverse and has a great mix of experiences. People are always willing to support each other and have fun while doing it.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It took a human-first approach. It focused on getting to know you and how you are within teams, as well as how passionate you are about the product.
