The product is labeled for them, but it only benefits the property. They do a terrible job accurately marketing the service.
Every meeting I have with leaders, they make it apparent that I'm making too little. They say, "You could be making so much more." Other less experienced and less tiered employees make more, but the excuse is that the budget changed.
