What did you like most about the interview process?

Very minimal. Interviewed with a recruiter and a peer.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Unless you live where everyone is HQd, you'll be left out of outings.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening, acknowledging, and collaborating. They do a lot of talking without backing up with actions.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Independent work. If you find something to do on your own, you can fill your day with work & zero interruptions.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The product is labeled for them, but it only benefits the property. They do a terrible job accurately marketing the service.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Every meeting I have with leaders, they make it apparent that I'm making too little. They say, "You could be making so much more." Other less experienced and less tiered employees make more, but the excuse is that the budget changed.
