Full network of jerks! Brad,Ross and Joel are the absolute worst of the worst. Evil, greedy and heartless to the core. RHP should be shut down indefinitely,

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

They need to stop being obsessed with college degrees and stop hiring friends of friends mostly to work there and showing unfair favortism to employees they know personally.

Overworked, over-trained, too many meetings and conference calls, too many approvals that don't let you function autonomously as a PM is used to, the training is way overdone, and if you don't do it exactly the way you are instructed or advised to, you're history!
