I like my work i do.
Working with a really good team
Happiest interacting with propects abd clients
Remote work & flex week
Helping a prospect/customer solve a problem and bringing them on board, ie selling.
Collaberating with colleagues across deparrments
The balance between family (first), work, and engaging in new ways
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stop lying to clients to make sales
Low morale and revolving door of employees is becoming apparent to customers and will continue to do so without drastic changes
They are all spies, extensions of high school.
Just bad overall. Feed lies to clients everyday
Some customers get what they need while others are let hanging. Everyone wants to do they best they can in support but again their hands are tied.
The company works everyone to the bone and there is never really a day off. Management is truly clueless about work life balance they are only driven by the all mighty $$... They don't listen to suggestions from employees and just do whatever they want to do.
