Stop micromanaging employees. Stop pretending you care about the employees
Everything. There are no leaders. There are no mentors. There is no help. The management team should stop sending email requests on Sundays with 8:00 AM Monday morning deadlines. Stop threatening employees.
Highering management that know how to treat and motivate their direct reports.
Anger management, expecting employees to repond to to emails and phone calls at all hours seven days a week. It doesn't matter if you are on PTO at a wedding, Disney World with your family, or in a location with a 8-hour time difference, you better be available or you'll get the stick.
Hire better management and staff
The stock price is a joke
It is the value of the employee and the treatment
No raise after years of working
Their stock plan is a joke. They act like the stock is worth $1000 a share but is is only about $6 a share. No raises occur unless you are lucky.
although pay is about average the amount of hours you are expected to work regardless of level in the company is insane. if you took your salary and divided by the numbers of hours actually worked you will find that you are massively underpaid.
everything, just very hostile environement
Every man and women for them selves. It’s a cut throat environme
Coworkers share the aspects of the leaders and willing to throw you under the bus. Tons of spies that tell everything. There is zero trust.
most employees are great, however there are some departments where the employees think it is all about them. We hire extremely smart people and sometimes that does not fit within the culture. Plus we have a mix between Office based and remote based employee which can cause issues with expectation
Respect the personal time of employees
New management, new product offerings, lower growth expectations
Replacement of the senior management team
Change the entire management staff
Trust in the staff period. You hire smart people. Get out of the way and let them do their jobs. They might actually know more than leadership
Stop lying to employees during interviews
Misrepresentations and twisting of facts should be avoided during interview process
Be honest about the job expectations and lack of pay adjustments
Beware, everyone. YOu have to be careful and be willing to lie to clients.
Way too many people involved. Good people stand out. They dont need to be interview by 10+ people.
Stop lying to clients to make sales
Low morale and revolving door of employees is becoming apparent to customers and will continue to do so without drastic changes
They are all spies, extensions of high school.
Just bad overall. Feed lies to clients everyday
Some customers get what they need while others are let hanging. Everyone wants to do they best they can in support but again their hands are tied.
