Base salary is ok, I suppose.

As per industry standards, not unfair

It is almost over kill.

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm very passionate about what I do,have knowledge to give as a trainer, most of what I do bring up towards safety falls on deaf ears

30% raise would put me back where i used to receive.

Mongolians get much much much less paid in comparison to the other nationalities even thought the living cost is same in Ub as other countries

The share benefit scheme is highly misleading and mostly useless for a lot of people. Quarterly bonus is almost non existent. Also there is no equality in the pay, everyone is underpaid at different rates.

Compensation is below industry standard. No growth opprtunity within rio.

FIFO workers are paid fixed FIFO allowance. Therefore each year your sacrifice of being away from loved ones is devalues year after year.

lack of opportunities to advance in the organisation. always wondering when the next restructure will occur and if I will be made redundant

Comparison of my wage to that of the CEO - ridiculous given his performance

Review from Engineering Dept

Positive career growth and recognition for the things you do. Equal wage growth across all gender types.

Review from Operations Dept

As a woman I feel undervalued and underpaid
